Which fit should I order?
Drop 1 covers six cuts: Boxy Crop Top, Curved Hem Tee, Oversized Drop Shoulder Tee, Slim Fit Tee, V Neck Regular Tee and Women’s Relaxed Fit Tee. Curved Hem and Oversized are unisex; Boxy Crop and Relaxed Fit are women’s styles; Slim Fit and V Neck Regular are men’s styles.
Oversize is a deliberately roomy drop-shoulder — it runs one size larger than the label suggests, so take your usual size for the loose look, or size down for a normal fit. If you are between sizes on a Slim or Curved, size up. Boxy Crop, Curved Hem, Oversized and Relaxed Fit run XS–XL. Slim Fit and V Neck Regular run XS–2XL (shown as XXL in the size selector). The size chips on a product grey out any size that colourway is out of.
Do the tees shrink?
They are 100% cotton, and cotton can shrink somewhat with washing and drying. Follow the care instructions on the garment label to keep that to a minimum.
How do I wash them so the print lasts?
Follow the care instructions on the garment label. In general, a cold wash inside out and away from direct heat is kindest to a printed graphic.
What is the AI Mirror, and do you keep my photo?
It shows a print on a body before you buy — one of our models, a photo you upload, or your own camera.
Nothing is uploaded or recorded until you press the button that generates. Until then the camera feed stays in your browser. Every option shows its cost before you spend it.
When does an order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked the same day; after that, the next one. You get a tracked dispatch email when it leaves us. Full detail on the shipping page.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not shipped, yes — email us with the order number and we will catch it. Once it is with the carrier it has to come back as a return.
Something arrived wrong or damaged.
Email a photo and the order number and we will replace it or refund it. You will not be asked to pay return postage for our mistake.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are charged by your country, not by us — that is worth knowing before you order.
Are the prints original?
Every print is drawn in-house. Several started as somebody’s margin doodle. None of them are licensed stock art.
Do you do bulk or custom orders?
For studios, teams and events, yes. Use the contact page with rough numbers and a date and we will come back with what is realistic.
