Who you are dealing with

This store is operated by Yogis + Weirdos. Using the site means accepting these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not order.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the dispatch email, and that is the point a contract exists. We can decline an order — if an item is genuinely out of stock, if a price was listed wrongly, or if we suspect fraud — and you get a full refund if we do.

Prices and errors

Prices are shown in the currency displayed and include applicable sales tax where it applies. They can change, but never after your order is accepted. If an obvious pricing error is caught before dispatch we will contact you and either honour it or cancel and refund — we will not quietly charge the higher amount.

Product accuracy

Prints are drawn in-house and photographed as accurately as we can manage. Screens differ, so colour can vary slightly from what you see. A visible difference is a return, and that is what the 30-day window is for.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — see the shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with tags. The full detail, including who pays return postage, is on the returns page and forms part of these terms.

The AI Mirror

The mirror produces an illustration, not a photograph of the finished garment. It is there to help you judge a print and a fit; it is not a guarantee of exact appearance, and it is not a reason a return would be refused. Do not upload photographs of people who have not agreed to it.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, resell our images, or upload anything unlawful or abusive through the contact form or the tagline box. We can withdraw access for any of those.

Intellectual property

The prints, artwork, photography, copy and the Yogis + Weirdos name are ours. Buying a tee buys you the tee, not the right to reproduce the artwork on anything else.

Ideas you send us

If you send a tagline through the submission box, you are telling us it is yours to send and you are letting us use it. If one becomes a tee, we will contact you first — that is a promise made in the form itself and it stands here too.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date below tells you which that is.
