What we keep, and what we don’t.

The short version

We collect what an order needs and what tells us the site is working. We do not sell personal data to anyone. The AI Mirror does not send a photo anywhere until you press the button that generates one.

What we collect

• Order details — name, delivery address, email, and what you bought. Needed to ship it and to answer you about it afterwards.
• Payment — handled by the payment provider. Card numbers do not reach our servers and we cannot see them.
• Messages — anything you send through the contact form or the tagline submission box, and the address you sent it from.
• Site analytics — aggregate page views and errors, used to find broken pages.

The AI Mirror

The mirror can use one of our model photographs, a photo you upload, or your own camera.

• Your camera feed stays in your browser. It is not streamed to us and not recorded.
• Nothing leaves the browser until you press the button that generates a result. That is the point at which an image is sent to the try-on provider to be processed.
• The generated result is returned to you. We do not use your photograph to train anything.
• Every option shows what it costs before you spend it.

Stored in your browser

Your bag, saved items, recently viewed products and wallet balance live in your own browser’s local storage, not in an account on our side. Clearing site data clears them, and they never leave the device on their own.

Who else sees it

Only the people who have to: the payment provider, the carrier delivering your parcel, the try-on provider when you generate a mirror image, and our email host. Each gets the minimum for that job. Nobody gets a list to market from, and we do not sell data.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support email for two years. Analytics in aggregate. Ask us to delete what is not legally required to keep and we will.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.

Cookies

Cookies keep you signed in and keep your bag together between pages. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this storefront.
